1. General Overview & Agreement


  • By purchasing, accessing, or using any digital goods, keys, tokens, or account credentials from EpicStash, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms of Service.
  • EpicStash operates as a digital intermediary platform providing access to intangible digital assets, activation keys, and software credentials.
  • We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of our store constitutes acceptance of the latest version.

2. Delivery & Statutory Right of Withdrawal


  • Instant Digital Delivery: Due to automated systems, fulfillment begins immediately upon payment validation. Delivery is complete when credentials or keys are generated and displayed.
  • Waiver of Withdrawal Right: Pursuant to digital consumer regulations (including Article 16(m) of EU Directive 2011/83/EU), by proceeding to checkout and viewing or downloading the digital asset, you expressly consent to immediate delivery and waive any right to standard cooling-off or cash cancellation.

3. Product Warranty & Replacement Windows


Warranty coverage begins at the exact timestamp of order delivery and applies exclusively to replacements or store credits (no direct cash refunds):


  • Discord Nitro Subscriptions: Covered for the full designated subscription duration (or up to 31 days for monthly tiers).
  • Streaming & Productivity Full Access (FA) Accounts (YouTube, Prime Video, Canva FA, CapCut FA, Apple Music FA): 23-day replacement warranty.
  • Gaming & Music Accounts (Spotify, Minecraft Full Access): 7-day replacement warranty.
  • GTA Accounts: 24-hour verification warranty.
  • AI Keys & Credentials (ChatGPT / API Keys): 1-hour verification warranty upon receipt.
  • Methods, Supplier Lists & Educational Guides: Sold strictly "as-is" with zero post-delivery warranty.
  • 24-Hour Defect Reporting Rule: Any defect arising during an active warranty window must be reported via an official support ticket within twenty-four (24) hours of occurrence.

4. Verification & Video Proof Policy


To protect both our store and authentic customers against fraud and false claims, warranty claims require verifiable evidence:


  • Continuous Video Requirement: For activation keys, Nitro tokens, AI credentials, and gaming accounts, claims of invalidity upon receipt must be substantiated by a single, continuous, unedited full-screen video recording.
  • Recording Standard: The recording must begin prior to clicking "reveal/access key", capture the entire desktop (including taskbar, network status, and time), and clearly show the immediate copy-pasting and attempted redemption of the product without pauses or cuts.
  • Static screenshots, cropped images, or recordings started after the key has already been accessed cannot be accepted as proof.

5. Customer Usage & Voiding Conditions


Warranty and replacement rights are immediately forfeited under the following conditions:


  • Changing master recovery settings, primary emails, or passwords on Non-Full Access (NFA) or Semi-Full Access (SFA) accounts.
  • Account bans, IP blocks, or suspensions caused by client-side proxy/VPN abuse, automated tools, or target platform Terms of Service violations post-delivery.
  • Reselling, redistributing, or multi-user access sharing from differing geographic locations.
  • Submitting payment chargebacks or payment disputes without completing the official ticket resolution process.

6. Platform Purges & Upstream Contingencies


  • Platform-Wide Revocations: EpicStash is not liable for sudden, platform-wide security purges, global API updates, or mass revocation waves executed directly by third-party providers (e.g., Discord, Spotify, OpenAI).
  • Supplier Defaults: All warranty replacements rely on active supplier inventory. If an upstream provider discontinues supply or defaults, remedies will be provided as internal Store Credit calculated on a prorated basis for the remaining active warranty period.

7. Liability & Trademark Notice


  • Educational & Testing Use: All products are supplied for compatibility testing, educational reference, and personal use. EpicStash assumes no liability for post-purchase end-user deployment.
  • Takedown & IP Requests: All brand names and trademarks belong to their respective statutory owners. If you are a copyright or trademark owner requesting content review, please contact support@epicstash.eu for immediate administrative remediation.
